Course Overview
Corporate Finance focuses on how firms raise, allocate, and manage capital to maximize shareholder value. The course examines financial statement analysis, time value of money, capital structure, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Emphasis is placed on real-world decision-making and the role of finance in driving corporate strategy and growth.
